Welcome to the Thurrock Transition Support Group

What is TTSG?

We are a parent led group who have children with additional needs who themselves are going through transition. Our aim is to do our best to support and point people in the right direction.

We aim to support parents, carers and young adults from year 9 during transition, by regular meetings and ongoing communication.

We will continually be building links with outside professionals.

TTSG will be holding drop in surgery, starting 24th November 2011, on a weekly basis until after Christmas. There will always be a parent rep and a professional to advise and support transitional areas.

If we can't help you, we will find someone who can.
